Oak Bluff RV Park

The Oak Bluff RV Park project, located in McIntosh County, Georgia, is set on a 13.53-acre site and features 100 full-service RV sites, each equipped with water, sewer, and 30/50-amp electrical connections, along with modern amenities including a clubhouse, laundry facilities, and recreational access to a nearby spring-fed lake. Our scope included full Civil 3D modeling and the preparation of detailed construction drawings. The design incorporated roadway alignments, grading strategies, drainage systems, and complete utility networks to support the development. The project required careful coordination of site layout, infrastructure, and environmental considerations to ensure efficient land use and compliance with local regulations.
